If it's possible would you, please, pass on our huge thanks to everyone in the chain which starts on the farm and finishes with our milk on the doorstep.
We have become aware, as have many others, just how many people we depend on for our day to day lives and wish to express our gratitude for what you are all doing.

100 miles away and therefore will be losing a valuable service, I hope I find a dairy that will offer the same high standard of service. I can honestly say that I have never experienced any problems with quality or service in all the years you have delivered to me. I wish you all the best for the future and if I move back to the area I will not hesitate to resume my custom with you.
Mrs Carter Allesley Green I just wanted to say what a great service that B&A Dairies gave during the severe weather conditions Coventry experience last week during the heavy snow.over several days. Milk was delivered to our house and other houses in our street everyday if though it was difficult to get in and out of our side road.

Mrs Kemp Whitmore Park I would like to commend one of your roundsmen Jamie for his absolute honesty. I lost a diamond ring on Tuesday 26th October, I didn't know where it was and obviously was upset and concerned as it has great sentimental value as well as monetary value. He found my ring which had got caught up in a note I had left an empty bottle. He didn't notice it at first but then wasn#t sure which house he had collected it from so he came back today (24/10) and asked if I had lost anything. I have never met Jamie before so I was a little weary of answering questions from a stranger knocking on my door. I asked why and he repeated his question and told him yes I had lost something and that it was a diamond ring which he then produced and said "is this it.?" I was so relieved and thankful I burst into tears. He deserves a huge pat on the back and recognition for his integrity and honesty.
Mr Mills, Exhall - Anyone who says the days of the milkman are over doesn't know of B & A Dairies! They supply a whole range of products - an invaluable service for those who can't get out. Friendly and efficient staff receive orders over the telephone or online - it couldn't be more convenient! Thanks.

Even in heavy snow when our road was sometimes impossible to drive on and the school was closed, YOU always came with the milk, THANK YOU. Its nice to know I just have to open my door in the morning and my delivery is there and not having to go to the shops because I haven’t got enough milk, juice etc.

It is all so convenient and although I used to pay cash in the 'olden days' I love the website, on-line payment and ordering is so convenient for me and I think the shop and drop service is really good, so convenient for the odd item. Mr Bassinder, Willenhall- The service we receive is very good, and it is useful to have our milk delivered to the front doorstep. It is so much better than having to go out to buy the milk 3 or 4 times a week. Carry on the good work!
