For you information, our offices are manned from 2.30am until 10am Monday to Saturdays. Outside of these hours, you will always have the opportunity to leave a message on our 24 hour answer service. Any message left will be acted upon the following day.

  •  We deliver five days a week-there being no deliveries on Thursdays or Sundays.
  •  Your Roundsperson will call once a fortnight to collect payment unless requested otherwise, ie, weekly, four weekly or monthly (maximum)
  •  On bank holidays, we will deliver your normal Monday order on the proceeding Saturday (along with our Saturday order), unless requested otherwise.

 Special arrangements apply during the Christmas and New Year period. Customers are advised well in advance of which days delivery will take place, therefore ensuring any special requirements you may have over the holiday period can be met.

 All we ask is that, in the event of any changes to your order or cancellations due to holidays, etc, you give us as much notice as possible, to ensure the continued smooth-running of our service to you. Thank you!
